
after purchasing my Razer Lachesis from a big name retailer....the cursor started to jump all over the place
..yes i did all the things Razer said to do...the drivers,firmware..cleaning with q-tip...after all this..the retailer would not take it back
or give me a refund..i needed a mouse desperatly so i purchased a steelseries ikari(fantasic...now there's 5 stars)...Razer tech support
sends me an automated email giving me an RMA and it said it would and i quote "Exchange or Refund"...when i email back they say sorry..it's automated just exchange only no refund...i like a company that stands behind there product and customers..never buy Razer..it doen't live up to the expectations and the service is the worst i've seen....Allen (exchange would be fine if i had not in every email mentioned that i already replaced the mouse)Get more detail about Razer Lachesis Gaming Mouse Phantom White.
