I like this better than Apple's mouse. It's larger than most mice, which is more comfortable for me. I usually had to accentuate a right-click on Apple's mouse, and this one I don't. The Apple mouse trackball got quickly dirty and unusable. I never could clean it well enough, as the Genius Bar recommended. This one has a trackball that's larger and gets better traction. I don't expect to ever have a problem with the trackball. Overall, this mouse is very comfortable. It seems to be well-built; however, I've only had it for a month or so.
