The mouse works great, but getting the drivers to load in Windows 7 is a little tricky. So far I haven't found a way to program the top two buttons so they can be used as "Back" and "Center Mouse Click" as I would like. There is nothing on Kensington's driver site about Windows 7 drivers although it does say it is supported and with some work you can get the buttons working with their default settings. This mouse could GREATLY benefit from programmable buttons. The scrolling works really nice and you even get the clicking sound when you spin the ball in scroll mode correctly. The mouse feels very well built and is comfortable for all-day use. Until I can program a "Back" button I will still keep my "normal" mouse around for quick web browsing.Get more detail about Kensington Slimblade Trackball USB 2.0 for PC and Mac, K72327US.
