If you play MMO's this is the mouse for you. I normally have three hotkeys setup during combat play. One button to assist off the main tank's target, then cast a damage spell. Second button to send my pet in to attack, cast a debuff, and then a slow spell. Third button to target the monster's target, then cast a heal over time spell.
Now imagine the pain I would get on my left shoulder after hours of doing this. I have my left hand hovering over the keyboard the entire time I play. With this mouse, I'm able to accomplish all keystrokes in one click.
