
When my old Linksys router stopped working, I called their customer service, I was told that my router was too old and they could sell me a new one at a special price of $30. Fair enough. But they neglected to tell me until I specifically asked that the one they were selling me was refurbished and not new. And at no time did they tell me there was a no-return policy. When I got the e-mail confirming the order I first tried to cancel using e-mail. No reply. I then called, and was told that they were cancelling my order. Two days later I received an e-mail telling me the product had been shipped. I called, but was told there was nothing they could do. Subsequent letters were never answered.
