I bought this product after my DLink router died. It lasted 4 years, so I was happy with the purchase. Anyhow, I went to BB because I did not want to wait for a unit to ship. I purchased this unit and it would not work. (There were no Dlink items in stock) I spent about an hour with "customer service" and they said it was unable to work because of our network. We have Comcast and I had already contacted them and was certain it was not their issue, as we have cable and phone service and both were fine.
